If you're really attached to your planets for some reason (or if you don't like mucking around in File Explorer or its Mac equivalent, whatever that is), another way to reset the Outpost is to enter admin mode in Starbound (/admin) and then use /resetuniverseflags. Command: /ban; Help Text: Usage /ban playerSpecifier reason kind timeInSeconds.Kick and ban the specified player and send the reason to the player. If no reason is specified then the player's server nickname is used as the reason.
Peacekeeper stations are an addition in the 1.4 Bounty hunter themed update. Peacekeeper stations are usually found by accepting a Becoming a Peacekeeper quest at the outpost's peacekeeper poster.
Peacekeeper station upgrades
You can always find your current assigned Peacekeeper station on map screen by clicking the Peacekeeper Symbol:
The station undergoes some upgrades during the peacekeeper quest. At first, station does not look impressive at all, it is just a rusty base within a small asteroid:
How To Universe Reset
After completing the first gang storyline and capturing the gang's boss, player is instructed to proceed to new coordinates, where a newer station is built. Still unimpressive, but definitely an upgrade. Station gets a Peacekeeper Store, where you can buy unique items for Peace Credits:
Keep going up in ranks and you get a new upgrade. Now in addition to shop, you get a kitchen. Also, Peacekeeper Emblems appear here for the first time, though mighty rusty:
After third upgrade, place really starts to look better. There is a special department of Frogg's Furnishings - Peacekeeper Furnishings, with unique furniture. Also, there is a shiny Peacekeeper Emblem:
Fifth upgrade brings in a fully packed mech station with Mech Assembly Station and Mech Part Crafting Table, and additional shop - Neon Furnishings with a full set of neon signs, holotrees and Neon Peacekeeper Emblem.
Hidden treasure
On Level 4 Peacekeeper station there is a locked room on top right. Around the station there are some targets. Destroying all of them will open the door, and allow player to access the cargo inside.

Moth Traps are a resource producing object which allows players to harvest silk fibre, which is used to produce silk.
They only produce silk fibre while the attached lantern is lit. The trap will light itself between late in the night until dawn, making it one of the few objects in game which is tied to planet day/night cycles. Oddly enough, moth traps still function on your Ship, which doesn't have an apparent day/night cycle of its own. These traps also act as a Light Source, but only at night.
The trap can only be harvested when full, giving 1-3 pieces of unprocessed silk. Harvesting the silk will reset the trap to empty and it will begin to fill itself again. It will only take one night to fill up the trap, unless you place the device before the night has begun.
Harvest Optimization
Starbound Save Editor 1.4
Players will be able to harvest from moth traps within a distance at their own level, just above them, and just below them. Placing these stations as close together by using platforms is advised.
